Ⅰ.Product features
Tin-nickel mixed double salt electrolytic colorant is a powdery solid from off-white to grayish brown, composed of stabilizer, homogenizer and other components carefully assembled, suitable for aluminum after oxidation coloring. It has good comprehensive performance and can effectively inhibit the oxidation, hydrolysis and polymerization of stannous ions. The liquid phase of
the tank should be stable, color uniformity and good reproducibility. The color is clear and full. This product is solid powder, soluble in water, stable performance.

Coloring additive:15 ~ 20 kg/m3
Nickel sulfate: 20 ~ 30 kg/m3
Stannous sulfate: 6 ~ 10 kg/m3
Sulfuric acid: 14 ~ 18 kg/m3

Coloring additive 0.8 ~ 1.2kg/T aluminum profiles (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profiles as a reference).
Tank maintenance:
1. Analyze the content of free sulfuric acid, stannous sulfate, nickel sulfate and total acid in the tank every day, control the content of free sulfuric acid not less than 16g/L, the total acid should be about 40g/L, add 1.5kg colorant for every 1kg stannous sulfate;
2. When adding pure water to the tank, it is recommended to add it slowly under agitation to prevent local stannous sulfate hydrolysis, resulting in muddy tank liquid;
3, long-term production tank liquid more or less will have white sediment, to regularly filter or reverse tank cleaning sediment.
Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation
The product is packed in 25kg/ carton, lined with double plastic bags.
Storage: it should be stored in cool, dry and well-ventilated areas and protected from heat and moisture. Keep away from fire, heat and light.
