Ⅰ.Product features
Acid etching sand surface agent is slightly sour white crystal, easily deliquescent in air, slightly soluble in alcohol, easily soluble in water, aqueous solution is highly acidic, corrosive to skin, used for aluminum sand surface treatment,
It can make the surface of aluminum profile get uniform and meticulous sand surface effect, so as to improve the quality of aluminum surface. Its advantages are: simple equipment, sand speed, aluminum consumption is very little. The acid sand surface agent itself has little influence on the environment, but ammonium hydrogen fluoride is used in this process, so some measures should be taken to protect the environment.
Both liquid and solid dosage forms are available.

Acid etching sand surface agent 3 ~ 5kg/T aluminum profiles (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profiles as a reference).
Ⅲ.Tank maintenance:
1. Analyze the tank liquid every day, and add ammonium hydrogen fluoride and acid sand surface agent, the proportion of which is: ammonium hydrogen fluoride: acid sand surface agent = 8:1;
2, the production process will produce fluoride precipitation of aluminum, tank liquid should be filtered regularly;
3. Use hydrofluoric acid or ammonium fluoride to adjust PH value.
Ⅳ.Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in cartons of 25kg/ PCS and lined with double-layer plastic bags, it is advisable to store in cool, dry and well-ventilated areas, away from fire and heat sources. Heat and moisture protection during storage and transportation.
