Ⅱ、Product features and usage

Na-free refining agent is made of a variety of nA-free salts and other

inorganic compounds in a certain proportion by special processing

technology. It is sprayed evenly into liquid aluminum by refining

dusting machine with nitrogen as the carrier, so as to realize the dual

purification of molten aluminum by gas and flux. It is widely used in

aluminum processing industry. It has the following advantages:

1, sodium free refining agent in the melt reaction and release a

variety of gases, the melt refining, degassing, slag removal, improve

the effect of gill phosphorus metamorphism. It has the advantages of

gas refining and flux refining as one, with better degassing effect.
