aluminum, more scum is produced. Dross is easy to bond into
blocks and absorb a large amount of liquid aluminum. It is
difficult to operate during slag picking and take away a large
amount of liquid aluminum leading to loss. Using slagging agent, these problems are readily solved.

Product features
1, change the composition and nature of slag, make scum loose, easy to clean up.
2. Remove the oxide scale and impurities in the liquid aluminum, clean the slag thoroughly, and clean the liquid aluminum to ensure the quality of the casting.
3, loose slag, significantly reduce the loss of liquid aluminum, can reduce the loss of liquid aluminum 0.3-0.5kg per ton.
Usage:
(1) aluminum alloy slagging agent into the refining tank, when the temperature of liquid aluminum reaches 700-740℃, to the refining tank through nitrogen or argon gas, the efficient refining agent into the aluminum alloy molten liquid, stirring melting, to remove liquid aluminum scum and slag;
(2) When the temperature of the liquid aluminum reaches 710 ~ 730℃, the block slagging agent is pressed into the liquid aluminum about 2/3 with a bell jar, and the circular agitation is slowly made to make the liquid aluminum roll evenly, and the slag after the reaction rises to the surface of the liquid aluminum. At this time, the dross is dry, powdery and loose. After slag picking, molten aluminum can be cast in furnace.
Usage:
1, furnace use: according to aluminum alloy smelting and doping materials, the general dosage is 0.1 ~ 0.3% of the weight of liquid aluminum (that is, 1 ~ 3kg slagging agent per ton of liquid aluminum).
2. Use outside the furnace: the aluminum slag outside the roasting oven can be heated by slagging agent to achieve a good separation effect of aluminum slag. The specific amount depends on the slag temperature, the slag temperature is high and the amount is less, and the slag temperature is low and the amount is more.
Packing and storage: plastic bag sealed 2 kg package, outer carton, 20kg/ carton.
Term of validity: one year (stored in indoor dry place, packaging without damage), heat, moisture, sun protection during storage and transportation.

Slagging agent is mainly used for pure aluminum, aluminum alloy
and recycled aluminum smelting, to remove the surface scum inside
the liquid aluminum, and can adsorb the slag near the surface, but
also can be used for frying slag. It is one of the necessary purification
fluxes for aluminum and aluminum alloy smelting, with a large
market demand and broad application prospect.

are relatively simple, mainly drying furnace, crushing equipment,
mixing equipment, simple packaging equipment, equipment
