Ⅰ. Product features:
This product is colorless to light green transparent liquid, can effectively remove oil, stains and natural oxidation film on the surface of aluminum profiles, especially suitable for the cleaning of aluminum profiles before anodic oxidation, degreasing treatment before chrome spraying, can quickly and thoroughly achieve the effect of oil removal, and easy to clean. Provide a clean surface for further anodic oxidation and chromic surface treatment.

Process maintenance management:
1. Control and supplement AC oil remover according to process parameters or test results in the production process, and require each production shift to adjust at least twice according to the test results to ensure the degreasing effect;
2. The processing time of newly-built tank liquid can be shortened accordingly. If the tank liquid is used for a long time or has a large processing capacity, the impurities in the tank liquid can be removed and replenished again to meet the above technological parameters.
3. During the operation, try to avoid bringing in too much dirty debris to pollute the tank liquid. It is recommended to clean the tank bottom once every six months.
