Production technology Transfer of Long life alkali etching agent for surface treatment of aluminium alloys

Ⅰ.Product features

Longevity alkali etching agent is a white powder solid composed of a variety of complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors and other components. Compared with the traditional alkali etching agent, it has the following advantages:

1. The new formula can be used to produce both light fabric and sand fabric by fully considering the longevity of alkaline etching bath and the effect of flattening aluminum extrusion mark;

2, aluminum ion complex ability is stronger, can reach 140 g/L without precipitation, reduce the number of cleaning tank;

3, the use of suitable surface activator, corrosion inhibitor, so that aluminum leaves the alkaline corrosion tank easy to trickle and sand particles more delicate;

4, tank liquid process is easy to control, low aluminum consumption, easy maintenance and management.

Both liquid and solid dosage forms are available.

Ordinary light fabric: 1 ~ 2 kg/T aluminum profile (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profile for reference).

Alkali-etched fabric: 3 ~ 4 kg/T aluminum profile (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profile as reference)

Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation

The product is packed in 25kg/ PCS cartons, lined with double-layer plastic bags, heat and moisture proof during storage and transportation.
