Ⅰ.Brief introduction of technical achievements of project
products
Aluminum alloy spraying pretreatment of traditional process commonly used chrome leather film types with trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium chromium chromate treatment technology, chromium salt is a kind of toxic chemicals, because of the chromium film and the production process of waste water caused serious pollution to the environment, residual chromium compound harmful to human body, easy to cause cancer, serious harm human health. So trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium treatment will gradually be replaced by chromium-free conversion film.
Environmental protection chromium-free skin membrane treatment agent is a chromium-free special chemical used for surface treatment of aluminum and its alloy materials and forming a uniform chemical conversion film on the surface. Compared with the traditional chromium containing and chromium-free agent has the following advantages:
(1) No chromium ion, has the characteristics of safety, non-toxic, environmental protection, no pollution and good anticorrosion effect, can effectively replace now commonly used chromate (containing chromium ion Cr6+, Cr3+) chromate agent, in line with the European Union ROHS directive requirements, in line with the development direction of international and domestic environmental protection products, to solve the problem of water pollution in the production of aluminum products.
(2)It can be used at room temperature, save energy, easy
operation and production management, a little low
temperature effect is better, suitable for spraying and soaking.
(3) the processing can form a layer of bright from light yellow to
golden yellow chemical conversion skin film on the surface of
the aluminum profile, the film layer is dense, uniform, good
appearance quality, to the site operators bring great
convenience, distinguish has been treated and untreated
aluminum is clear, easy to control the quality of the product.
However, the transformation film of other chromium-free
treatment agents is basically colorless and transparent or light
blue, which is difficult to judge directly by naked eyes and
online in production, thus limiting their industrial application.
(4) After spraying, the transformed skin film and coating permeate each other in the curing process, providing excellent adhesion and excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for aluminum and its alloy powder spraying pretreatment;
（5）Wide working range, easy to control tank liquid, good
stability; Production operation, wastewater treatment is simple, low concentration, low unit treatment cost, a wide range of applications.

(II) Build bath program
①Before the preparation of tank liquid, the tank body should be cleaned and the tank can be equipped before cleaning, so as to prevent debris in the tank from affecting the treatment effect of the tank, including the washing tank after chrome should be cleaned, and the cleaning water should be emptied, and the drainage valve should be closed.
② When matching the tank, put a total of 3/4 amount of water into the tank first, and then slowly add the calculated amount of chromium-free skin film agent under agitation, and stir until uniform.
③Add water to the required water level.
④ Matters needing attention for slot distribution:
A. After the tank is prepared, the water level of the washing tank should be increased to the required water level.
B. The concentration and PH value of tank liquid should be detected after the completion of tank allocation.
C, the inner wall of the tank shall be lined with
corrosion-resistant polyethylene plastic board or made of
stainless steel to prevent the corrosion of the tank by aluminum film agent.
(III) Tank liquid process control management
① Determine the amount of chromium-free chromifier
according to the concentration of test tank liquid;
② During the production process, the pH value of tank liquid
should be strictly controlled from 3.8 to 4.8. If the pH value is high, dilute nitric acid can be used to adjust it. Low pH value can be adjusted by dilute sodium hydroxide solution;
③ Pay attention to the change of water quality before
chromization, the PH value of the second water should be
greater than 3.5, the conductivity should be less than
200μs/cm;
④ When the chroming tank is not produced, it should be
covered with color cloth to prevent other impurities from being contaminated.
Ⅲ.Product application field and market prospect Analysis
Environmental protection chromium-free skin film agent is mainly used for the spraying pretreatment of aluminum alloy building profiles and other aluminum products. It is one of the materials that must be used in aluminum profile factory. It needs 2 ~ 3 kg coating for every ton of aluminum. The market demand is large and the application prospect is broad.
