Ⅰ.Product features

This product is a dark brown liquid product containing chromate. It can form a bright chromate chemical conversion film from light yellow to golden yellow on the surface of aluminum profiles. The conversion film has excellent anticorrosion performance, and after spraying, the conversion film and coating can permeate each other in the curing process, providing excellent adhesion.

Tank liquid maintenance management	1. according to the concentration of the test tank liquid to determine the amount of chromized film agent; 2.During the production process, the pH value of tank liquid should be strictly controlled from 1.8 to 2.2. If the pH value is high, dilute nitric acid can be used to adjust it.PH value is low, can be adjusted by dilute ammonia; 3. When chroming tank is not in production, it should be covered with colored cloth to prevent other impurities from being contaminated.
