Ⅰ、Introduction of technical achievements and

products

Aluminum alloy high-efficiency refining agent is made of a variety of

salt compounds processed by special technology. Nitrogen is

sprayed evenly into liquid aluminum by refining dusting machine, so

Ⅱ、Product features and usage

Application temperature and method:

4, use method: the aluminum alloy refining agent into the refining

tank, when the temperature of liquid aluminum reaches 700-740℃,

to the refining tank through nitrogen or argon gas, the efficient

refining agent into the aluminum alloy molten liquid, stirring melting,

to purify liquid aluminum;

Recommended dosage: 0.1 ~ 0.4% by weight of liquid aluminum.

Packing, storage and transportation: carton or woven bag, lined with

plastic bag 2kg/ bag, 20kg per case.

Keep well, protect from heat, sun and moisture when storing and

transporting.

hydrogen and scum in liquid aluminum, adsorb slag near the surface,
