Usage and dosage

Dosage is about 0.05%~0.1% of the weight of liquid aluminum (0.5~

1.0kg per ton of aluminum), when the temperature of liquid

aluminum reaches 700℃~750℃, remove the scum on the surface of

liquid aluminum, put titanium boron refiner into liquid aluminum at

this time smoke and flame, put after standing for 10 minutes, Then

stir evenly (the method of adding titanium and boron refiner is very

simple, can be directly put into the aluminum melt, it will

automatically sink, do not need to press, in the process of sinking

reaction began, due to titanium and boron refiner gas, in the block of

floating. In the process of floating up, the gas around the block titanium boron refiner escapes and the block sinks again. As a result

of gas generation, the block rises again. This cycle continues until the

reaction is complete.

Packaging, storage and transportation

Plastic bag sealed 2kg packing, outer carton, 20kg/ carton.

Term of validity: one year (stored in indoor dry place, packaging

without damage), heat, moisture, sun protection during storage and

transportation.
