Ⅰ.Product features

Golden yellow electrolytic colorant is a purplish red powder solid, composed of anti-reducing agent, dispersant and other components carefully mixed, using this product coloring on smooth surface can be stable golden yellow. It has the following features:

1, the use of this additive can make the surface of aluminum forming stable golden color, the color has good light resistance, weather resistance, relative dyeing more prominent, elegant color;

2, tank liquid process parameters wide, easy to operate, low cost;

3, stable tank liquid, long service life.

Tank liquid maintenance management

1. Analyze the content of potassium salt and free sulfuric acid in the coloring tank solution every day, determine the amount of golden electrolytic colorant according to the results of the test tank solution, and timely add;

2, the amount of additives, according to 5 kg per ton of profile;

3, in the production process, there is sediment at the bottom of the tank, but it does not affect the coloring, regular cleaning of the tank bottom sediment can be;

4, potassium salt is easy to decompose, will naturally decompose consumption, it is recommended to install filtration system to improve the tank liquid

Use deadline and improve product quality.

5. When the coloring tank is not produced, it should be covered with colored cloth to prevent other impurities from being polluted.

Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation

Packing: carton (30kg/ box), plastic woven bag (25kg/ bag), 50kg/ iron drum packaging,

Lined with double plastic bags, heat and moisture proof during storage and transportation.

Storage: store in cool, dry and well ventilated area, away from fire and heat source.
