Titanium gold electrolytic coloring additive by noble metal salt, dispersant and other components carefully mixed into a light red transparent acidic liquid. It has the following characteristics:

1, the tank liquid stability is good, the process range is wide, the service life is long, the tank liquid is clear, no precipitation;

2, titanium pigment without activation reaming process, simple operation, is conducive to the sealing of colored profiles

And electrophoresis, especially to solve the defects of some titanium pigment coloring liquid profile fade;

3. Uniform film tone, good reproducibility, small color difference, suitable for coloring complex shaped profiles.

Distribution of slot

Titanium gold color additive： 35 ~ 40 kg/m3

Sulfuric acid： 10 ~ 15 kg/m3

Deionized water：The remaining amount

The process parameters

Voltage： 15 ~ 18V

Time： 1 to 5min （depending on color depth）

Temperature： 35 ~ 48℃

Titanium gold coloring additive 2 ~ 5kg/T aluminum profiles (depending on color depth, 400 ~ 600m2/T aluminum profiles as a reference).

Tank maintenance:

1. Analyze the content of titanium colorant and free sulfuric acid in the tank liquid every day, and add them in time;

2. Titanium golden coloring process can only deepen but not fade.

Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation

Packing: plastic drum (25kg/ drum) sealed packing, heat and sun protection during storage and transportation.

Storage and transportation: store in cool, dry and well-ventilated area, away from fire and heat source. Heat and sun protection during storage and transportation.
