Ⅰ.Product features

K gold electrolytic colorant by noble metal salt, dispersant and other components carefully mixed light blue transparent acidic liquid. It has the following characteristics:

1, the tank liquid stability is good, the process range is wide, the service life is long, the tank liquid is clear, no precipitation;

2, K gold coloring does not need to be activated reaming process, simple operation, is conducive to the sealing and electrophoresis of colored profiles, especially to solve some K gold coloring liquid coloring profile fade defects;

3, film color uniformity, good reproducability, small color difference, good light resistance, good weather resistance, suitable for complex shape profiles coloring, with k-gold similar color, noble and generous, is the first choice for high-grade decorative profiles.

Tank liquid maintenance management:

1. Analyze the content of free sulfuric acid and main salt in the tank liquid every day, and determine the amount of k-gold colorant according to the results of the test tank liquid; Keep them in a small range;

2, in the process of production operation, the K gold can only be deepened but not faded, so it should be carefully operated by skilled operators;

3. When the coloring tank is not produced, it needs to be covered with colored cloth to prevent other tank liquid from being contaminated by impurities.

K gold coloring additive 2 ~ 3kg/T aluminum profiles (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profiles as a reference).

Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation

Packing: plastic drum (25kg/ drum) sealed packing, heat and sun protection during storage and transportation.

Storage and transportation: store in cool, dry and well-ventilated area, away from fire and heat source. Heat and sun protection during storage and transportation.
