Ⅰ.Product features

Imitation copper color electrolytic colorant is blue gray white powdery solid, by a variety of metal coloring salt, disperse complexing agent, stability promoter and other components carefully mixed. Suitable for secondary electrolytic coloring of aluminum alloy profiles, the electrolytic colorant has good complexing dispersion, uniform coloring, good reproducibility, and can effectively avoid coloring edge effect, stable performance.

Use this colorant, control different coloring time and voltage, can obtain noble and elegant, luxurious style, simple and solemn light red - purple - purple black and other imitation copper red color system. After chemical polishing, coloring and electrophoresis, the color of aluminum profile is more bright and elegant, bright color, beautiful and generous, which can be compatible with mahogany furniture. It is the ideal color for furniture, luxury doors and Windows of villas, interior and exterior decoration of high-grade buildings.

This product coloring main salt and additives are integrated, easy to use and management. It has the following characteristics:

Ⅲ.Tank liquid process control management

1. Analyze the liquid composition of the tank every day, keep it fluctuating within a small range, and determine the amount of the colorant and sulfuric acid of the imitation copper according to the tank liquefaction test results.

2, in the production process, strictly control the temperature, concentration, time and other technological parameters, to avoid color difference.

3, the tank liquid should be equipped with a filter to clean up the sediment regularly, so as not to affect too much suspended matter electrolytic coloring.

4, in line with the best color process after the process using electrophoresis paint closed, which not only makes the product bright and dazzling, more conducive to the future weather resistance, sun resistance test.

5, the light red color system, after electrophoresis will have a slight fading phenomenon, it is best to prepare two sample color plate, electrophoresis before or after each take a piece of color, the initial color union is not used to some, so the operator should choose full-time, competent color workers.

Ⅳ.Packaging, storage and transportation

Sealed packing in plastic bags, 5kg each, plus carton packing, 25kg each.

Avoid direct sunlight, cool, ventilated, dry, moistureproof, heat and sun protection during storage and transportation. Storage life is two years.
