Ⅰ.Product features

Single tin colorant is a powdery solid, composed of stabilizers, homogenizers and other components carefully assembled from the square, suitable for aluminum after oxidation coloring. It has good comprehensive performance and can effectively inhibit the oxidation, hydrolysis and polymerization of stannous ions. The liquid phase of the tank is stable, color uniformity and good reproducibility. Production equipment without specific change, can be used according to the original equipment, according to the requirements of the process parameters, oxidation film 10μm, smooth material, sandblasting material black 8-10min can be true black, can greatly improve the production effect, save production cost.

Coloring additive 1.0 ~ 1.2kg/T aluminum profiles (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profiles as a reference).

Tank maintenance:

1, daily analysis of free sulfuric acid, stannous sulfate concentration and total acid content, and measure the PH value of tank liquid, control free sulfuric acid content is not less than 15g/L, the total acid should be about 30g/L, each 1kg stannous sulfate at the same time add 1.5kg colorant; Keep each process within the normal range;

2. When adding pure water to the tank, it is recommended to add it slowly under agitation to prevent local stannous sulfate hydrolysis, resulting in muddy tank liquid;

3, single tin colorant and stannous sulfate according to 1.5:1 add, depending on the tank liquid stability, tartaric acid can be appropriately added;

4, the coloring process has a self-cleaning function, the tank liquid can be maintained until always clear and transparent, but the tank liquid needs to be filtered periodically;

5, long-term production tank liquid more or less will have white sediment, to regularly filter or reverse tank cleaning sediment.

Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation

The product is packed in 25kg cartons, lined with double plastic bags, heat and moisture proof during storage and transportation.
