temperature rapid anodic oxidation additive for
surface treatment of aluminum alloy
Ⅰ.The introduction
With the development and market competition of aluminum profiles used in construction, the high electricity consumption, high energy consumption and long time of aluminum profiles anodized by sulfuric acid have become prominent problems restricting the development of aluminum. How to achieve high quality aluminum profiles in a short time and low energy consumption is the goal pursued by many manufacturers. It is necessary to use wide temperature oxidation technology and add proper amount of additives in the oxidation tank to make the oxidation film grow quickly and arrange orderly, reduce the dissolution of sulfuric acid on the oxide film and improve the fastness of the oxide film.
Ⅱ.Product features
The wide temperature oxidation additive is a white powdery solid, used for improving the performance of oxidation liquid. It is composed of corrosion inhibitor, promoter, wetting agent, conductive agent and other components, and has the following characteristics:
1, broaden the oxidation temperature range: can work in the range of 20 ~ 33℃, does not burn the oxide film, do not need to use the refrigerator refrigeration, can be cooled with tap water;
2, increase the current working upper limit: oxidation current density can work in the range of 1.0 ~ 3.0A/dm3;
3, improve the aging limit of oxidation solution: can increase the tolerance of Al3+, Cu2+, Fe2+ more than twice, the aluminum ion tank can reach more than 20g/ L, no need to replace the tank;
4, improve the oxidation speed: oxidation film generation speed increased to 0.4 ~ 1.0μm/min, the average increase of one-third.

Ⅳ.Tank liquid process control management
1, standard film thickness, wide temperature agent consumption of 3 ~ 4 kg/T aluminum profiles (500 ~ 550 m2/T aluminum profiles as a reference), film thickness increases, consumption increases accordingly;
2. This product is slowly dissolved in cold water. It should be dissolved before adding into the tank when opening the tank or adding in the production process, so as not to sink the effective substance into the bottom of the tank, resulting in excessive consumption.
Ⅴ.Packaging, storage and transportation
The product is packed in 25kg/ carton, lined with double plastic bags, 5kg/ bag, heat proof and moisture proof during storage and transportation.
