Ⅰ.Product features
High-temperature pore-sealing agent is a pore-sealing product for aluminum alloy after anodic oxidation, which contains unique pore-sealing salt, stabilizer, ash suppressant, wetting agent, etc., which can quickly seal the micropores on the surface of aluminum alloy. It has the characteristics of fast sealing speed, high corrosion resistance, smooth surface, no powder frost, stable pH value of tank liquid, etc. And the product does not contain fluorine salt, safety and environmental protection. Suitable for sealing the hole of aluminum alloy workpiece, widely used in the field of aluminum alloy anodic oxidation treatment. Compared with traditional normal temperature sealants, it has the following advantages:
1, with good sealing performance, strong anti-impurity ability, suitable for dyeing material sealing, using special dispersant and surfactant, solve the dyeing material closed fade drawbacks, improve the fastness of dye, feel comfortable, especially suitable for thick film sealing hole;
2, stable pH value, wide working range, easy to control tank liquid, good stability, strong buffer capacity;
3, fluorine free, to meet the requirements of environmental protection, but also to avoid the harm of fluorine to human body;
4. Within the normal working range, the hardness, brightness, permeability and corrosion resistance of the closed profile oxide film are improved.

Ⅲ.Tank liquid maintenance and management
1, with a small amount of pure water to fully dissolve the sealing agent into the tank, stir evenly and heat to the appropriate temperature, after measuring the pH value is correct, the production can be implemented. After sealing the hole, rinse it with pure water and then dry it. The effect of sealing is closely related to the concentration, temperature and time of sealing agent. Generally speaking, the sealing conditions as far as possible to ensure within the operating range, in order to prevent the sealing hole is not strong or too closed phenomenon.
2, in order to ensure the best sealing effect, sealing workpiece shall not overlap each other; In addition, the concentration of pore sealing liquid should be tested regularly every day, and when the concentration of pore sealing agent is insufficient, it should be added in time. When pH value is deviated, adjust pH value with ammonia water or glacial acetic acid.
3. When the pore sealing agent is used for too long and the concentration of impurity ions in the pore sealing liquid is too high, it is necessary to replace the pore sealing liquid. Depending on the situation of the sealing workpiece, the general replacement cycle is 5 ~ 8 months,
4, often measure the PH value of water washing in front of the sealing tank, not less than 4.5, in order to reduce the pollution of the sealing tank liquid.
5, after sealing the hole of the workpiece to be thoroughly cleaned, so as not to dry the product surface watermark, dirt and so on.
Ⅳ.Packaging, storage and transportation
Packing: 5kg plastic bag +25kg carton
Storage: sealed storage in a cool, dry, ventilated place, shelf life of 2 years.
