Ⅰ.Product features
Medium temperature sealer is made of metal salt, complexing agent and other components. It is suitable for sealing the anodic oxidation film of aluminum and aluminum alloy. Compared with traditional normal temperature sealants, it has the following advantages:
1, with good sealing performance, fast sealing speed: for thick film profiles (15-20μm) 13-15 min to complete the sealing; Especially suitable for thick film sealing;
2, wide working range, easy to control tank liquid, good stability;
3, fluorine free, to meet the requirements of environmental protection, but also to avoid the harm of fluorine to human body;
4. Within the normal working range, the closed profile is transparent and bright, with high hardness, and the surface texture of the profile is superior after the closed treatment. Especially suitable for solar bracket material, sealing black material can not color, do not fade;
5, ash suppression ability is strong: medium temperature sealant contains polymer ash suppression agent, even at high temperature and high PH value is not easy to cream and color;
Medium temperature sealant has solid liquid AB two component and solid single component two dosage forms of products.

Temperature: 50 ~ 60℃

Tank maintenance:
1. Analyze the Concentration of Ni2+ in the tank liquid every day to make Ni2+ fluctuate within a small range;
2, heating in the tank wall, not in the bottom of the tank, due to a long time will produce scale, deposition on the heating tube, so that the heating performance is reduced, it is difficult to clean precipitation;
3, normal sealing, PH value decreased, adjusted with ammonia or triethanolamine;
4. Add nickel acetate and medium temperature sealing additive according to the analysis result of 1:1.5;
5. Strictly control the PH value of water washing before sealing to ensure the PH> of water washing tank; 4.5.

Medium temperature sealant 2 ~ 3kg/T aluminum profiles (500 ~ 550m2/T aluminum profiles, film thickness 10μm as a reference).
Ⅲ.Packaging, storage and transportation
Packing: plastic drum (25kg/ drum), carton 25kg/ case.
Storage: store in cool, dry and well ventilated area, away from fire and heat source.
